Bundit Sapianchai, CEO of BCPG Public Company Limited, a leading renewable energy company in Thailand and Asia-Pacific, disclosed that the Company aimed to strengthen its financial position with green bonds to be issued within Q3/2021. The proceeds received from such debentures will be mainly used for refinancing its secured loan, allowing the Company to have a strong financial structure with a stable interest rate.

TRIS Rating assigned A- on up to THB 10 billion senior unsecured debentures. Also, TRIS assigned BCPG at A- with a stable outlook. The rating reflected robust business performance and financial position of the Company amid fragile economic conditions.

“We have already submitted filing to Securities and Exchange Commission and are now considering the structure of debentures. We expect to issue the bonds within the third quarter of this year”, said Bundit.
