On 26 July 2017, Mr. Bundit Sapianchai, BCPG President, and Mr. Agus Salim Pangestu, Director of Star Energy Investments Ltd., signed the Shareholders Agreement for the acquisition of 280,000 shares or approximately 33.33% of the total issued and paid-up shares in Star Energy Group Holding Pte., which is currently engaged in geothermal power generation and steam production, with an equivalent total power production capacity of 995 megawatts in Indonesia.
