Bundit Sapianchai, President, BCPG Public Company Limited and Uthai Uthaisangsuk, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Sansiri Public Company Limited, one of the largest real estate developers in Thailand offering a full range of housing units, recently signed a memorandum of understanding to develop a Smart Green Energy Community together.

BCPG will be in charge of investment in the installation of solar panels in Sansiri projects whose residents can produce and use electricity from renewable energy by themselves. In addition, the produced electricity can be traded internally within the project by using blockchain technology and smartphone applications. The cooperation is a long-term plan for 5 years. Initially, more than 20 Sansiri projects will be included in the project.
